Where can I find dressier baby shoes at a decent price?

So far we just have sneakers for Justin since he just started walking. We got them at Stride Rite because we wanted them to be good walking shoes. However, we are going to my Grandmother's 90th b-day party this weekend at a golf club and Justin has no shoes to wear. I honestly don't want to spend a lot of money for something he'll barely wear, yet I hate to put him in his sneakers with his outfit. Do you think that really matters? I checked Target but they had nothing!! Is there somewhere else I could look where I wouldn't have to spend a ton?
