Anyone have to use Provara?

Had a Dr. apt today since a I had D&C June 4th period July 6th and nothing since, so almost 3 months is no AF. So the Dr. is going to have me take provara. But first I have to wait 7 days after DH and I have intercourse and get blood work done to make sure i didnt get pg last time DH and I had sex, which was Tuesday. Then after a blood pg test comes back neg i'm to start the provara. Just wondering if anyone has taken this to help start up there periods. I just want my body to get back to normal so we can TTC again!! Thanks

    Yes I have, actually I take Prometrium but it's basically the same thing for the same purpose.  The only think i recommend is taking it at night before you go to bed because it can make you dizzy and drowsy.  Those are the only 2 side effects I've experienced from it...

    Yeah i just took it a month ago, and I got mine about 5 days into and and didn't have to finish.  I didn't have any side effects either so I can't say anything bad about it.

    I used it this month.  Its not too bad.  I recommend taking it at night too.  I got AF 2 days after I stopped taking it
