I need a nestie tie-breaker

I can't choose between these two costumes for DS2.

The first one I think looks more like Tom Jones than Elvis, and it doesn't have the cool bell bottoms. It might also be too big and my MIL will have to alter it (not a big deal).

The second one has some complaints about being cheap material and hard to get into b/c of the eagle on the front.

    ahhh well now the Chris Farley comment makes a lot more sense! Dammit, and now that you say that, that's all I see is Chris Farley. I think I'm going to have to go with Tom Jones.

    Does that wig come with it?  It looks like Ducky from Pretty in Pink...and I love it.

    No, it doesn't though actually. I was thinking about spraying his hair, since it's more of a light/medium brown. He would never keep a wig on his head. He might even let me paint on mutton chops though!

    The first one is a somewhat authentic design of an Elvis costume (although it needs bell bottoms).

    The second one would be my choice - because it has the bell bottoms and those were the main look to Elvis's costumes. The costume itself is a little hokey, but you aren't trying to win any competitions with it.

    I say the second one (with bell bottoms).

    I don't see Tom Jones in either of these pictures though.
