Questions to ask new Pediatrician

So I am meeting with a new pediatrician today, what questions would you ask?

Other then "Have you worked with twins or preemies?" I'm drawing a complete blank! 

I want to ask about the flu/swine flue shots....and vaccine schedule. What else am I missing?

    What is his/her philosophy on child raising?  Some doctors are very opinionated about how to do things while others feel a pediatrician shouldn't be providing this advice and then there are others who are in between.

    Can you get in to see him/her for same day appointments or will you see someone else in the practice?  Will that person you see be an actual doctor or a nurse practitioner?

    Do you provide 24 hour access - either he/she return calls or with a nurse line?

    How would your patients describe you? 

    Those are the items I would want to know.
