  • Marinate with a few squished lemons, some crushed garlic, and Greek spice.  Then grill (or put in the oven if the weather is crappy.)

Serve with rice pilaf...  pita/tzatziki....  Greek salad...  Massive shots of ouzo....  ;)

Just like the food!  My husband adoooooooores it. He had Moroccan tagine twice a day for his entire pre-Canada life.  He's excited to 'visit' a different country nearly every night here.

I had no idea you were Greek!  My suggestion probably sounds goofy - as it is stating the obvious to such a ridiculous degree.  lol.   It's just the first thing I visualized when I saw that raw chicken in my brain.

  • LMAO at the "white sauce".

I made a Mexican Chicken Chili for dinner tonite! Very healthy and no carb unless you serve it over something....Its in the crock pot now :)  But you can cook it in regular pot!

Chicken breasts, canned tomatoes, onion, taco seasoning, can corn, can black or red beans, green pepp (optional).....cook and let simmer....Shred the cooked chicken into the "chili" and let simmer little longer til' all flavors are blended.

You can put almost anything in it!
