How long did you wait after mc to ttc?

I had a miscarriage at the end of May and have had 3 periods since. Doctor says to just wait after 2 regular period to start ttc again but I am so scared that it happens again!!! I have a 3 year old and have had 2 mc's in 1 year. Fist mc happened on it's own but the 2nd I had a d&c. The tests showed that it was normal chromosome abnormalities in other words...Normal occurrence.

My first was a natural m/c @ 5 weeks, we tried right away. My second was three months later and was a CP, so again, tried right away. Three months later, after progesterone supplements, the kid stuck So in essence, I have a habit of getting pregnant every three months.

I miscarried May 21st, had a period in June, July and August, and got pregnant by accident on September 1st....we were waiting until November to TTC for other reasons but this bean couldn't wait

My m/c ended with a d&c, so I was told to wait for 2 normal cycles (1st AF not being considered normal). We took that advice, and I was pg on the 3rd cycle trying. GL!

We also had a m/c in May and TTC again right away. God blessed us our second cycle and now we are almost 13 weeks and going strong. I know many docs say to wait awhile just so you can emotional heal as well as physically. GL!

We were told to wait 2 normal cycles, and whoops got pg during the second one.

My Dr isn't concerned at all tho, she was more giving me time to heal emotionally and try to accomplish some of my weight loss goals (I was able to lose 12 lbs in between, so she was pleased). I am so sorry for your losses. Did you ask your doctor about these concerns? Was s/he able to put your mind at ease at all?

After waiting 3 cycles we decided to let nature take its course and we got pregnant on that cycle.

I waited 2.5 months... I had one "normal-ish" period during that time... then it took five cycles to get my BFP. GL!

I had one normal cycle between D&C and BFP. My Dr only recommended one normal cycle before trying.

I had a healthy normal baby (who is now 2.5) and then I had a missed m/c that required a D&C. We waited one full cycle, didn't conceive on the 2nd, but were successful the 3rd cycle. I haven't had any problems with this pregnanacy so far and I'm due in 2 weeks

The Dr didn't do any testing (since it was about 3.5 weeks missed), but he said it was likely a fluke since I already have a healthy child and that there are no indications otherwise. GL!

One month after my D&C, and two months after a delivery at 18 wks. I got pg the first time after D&C, and then got pg on cycle #4 after delivery.

We waited one "cleansing" cycle at the recommendation of my OB before trying. We got pg on the first cycle trying.
