Do I count?

as secondary IF?  It took us 2.5 years to have DD, and we are  trying for another one!! 

Thing is I am still BFing and we cant do injections while BFing.  I don't know what to do. 

I don't want to post on TTTC.  I dont want to offend anyone.

    I'm sort of in limbo as well.  We aren't supposed to try again until I'm off of the blood thinners I'm on.  I post here and on success after infertility.  I still check in on TTTC (apparently now called Infertility) and I respond to posts there but haven't posted any questions of my own in a long time.  There are some other people on the old tttc who are experiencing secondary infertility so I wouldn't totally avoid that board.

    Secondary infertility success with IVF, then two losses, one at 14 weeks and one at 10 weeks, then success with IUI and then just pure, crazy luck.  Expecting our fifth in May as the result of a FET.

    I was planning on letting her ween herself, but my DH wants me to stop at 1 yr.  so we can move forward with treatments.  I can't even think of stoping now!!  I love our bonding time!!  I am just hoping my body does what it is supose to do and I can get pregnant and continue BFing!! (yeah right)

    Welcome! Congrats on breastfeeding so long. I too am confused about where it's okay to post so I stick to here and preemies, it makes me feel "safer"

    Hi!  As my experience with BF, I got AF after LO's 1st b-day and it was a real weird one. 

    We decided to start the 1st round of Clomid (LO was 22 months) and I would like to think that that cycle did not work because I was still BF (at nightime only). Due to this I decided to wean her completely before starting the second round of Clomid.  She has been "tete free" for a week now so let's hope this round the Clomid does it magic!

    We had 2 years of IF trying to conceive #2 and one loss during that time. We are currently trying for #3! had another loss the end of June

    I had 1 year of annovulatory cycles after I had my first, which of course made it impossible to get pregnant. I was still bf'ing aswell I had my levels tested and the only thing that came back abnormal were my FSH numbers (they were low) I took Clomid and got pregnant on our first cycle (Clomid is safe while bf'ing ). I was actually able to nurse throughout my pregnancy and even tandem nurse!!

    Bf'ing is very strange it can affect womens' fertility alot or not at all. You just have to weigh the pros and the cons of stopping nursing for you.

    We were lucky we got pregnant on our first cycle, and did not have to worry much about if I had to stop nursing or not!
