I'm dying to get a boob job. My boobs were saggy and a 34D before being prego, now they're even worse. But I know we're going to have at least 2 more kids and I want to BF them as well. Any ladies have a boob job before babies and were able to successfully breast feed?

Re: Boob jobs
I had them done in 2006...I tried BFing the first 3 days, and my milk never came in, but I think it's more related to having PCOS and not drinking enough fluids. I had them done under the muscle, adn the incision was done in the crease under my boob, so it was considered "untouched breast"...meaning the implant was slipped right under and nothing ever touched the ducts/glands.
My good friend had her implants done by the same doctor the week after me, and her DD was born on the same day as my DD (crazy...only 2 min apart)...and she's been EBF the whole time with no problems.
My plastic sx said that if you go through the nipple, you do risk cutting the glands/ducts...so I would suggest having the incision made through the crease under the breast if you are concerned.

I bet your boobies are just fine the way they are
Thanks for the advice!!
Haha, thanks. You wouldn't want to see them
If you are adding to your boobs... you should still be able to BF.
If you are decreasing your size, then you will have some problems--> milk ducts are also removed.
I have them and have been exclusively breastfeeding since she was born almost a month ago (not very long, but it is possible!)
Your biggest risk as far as future breastfeeding goes would be an under supply. I really have to work to keep my supply up.
I had mine put in under the muscle, with the incision underneath the fold of my breast. Any other way risks severing your milk ducts. (There is still a risk of severing milk ducts underneath the fold, but it's very unlikely.) If you decide to do it, be sure to tell your surgeon that you'd still like to breastfeed in the future so he'll be extra careful.
FWIW - the surgery/recovery wasn't near as painful as I thought it would be. I'd do it again without a second thought!
