Ha ha. It's over (thank GOD). It was last night. I swear i don't know what in the HELL I was thinking trying to make that much food and being due to have a baby in 2 weeks.
It was fun though...it was an all-ladies night dinner so I had LOTS of help when it came to setting up and clean up. I tried very much to keep it simple but even simple can be hard when it's 100+ people!
Let's just say I woke up this morning EXHAUSTED. Not sure this menu qualifies as a dinner party since it's a lighter fare, but we were all full, that's for sure!
The menu - ALL COLD (except dessert):
*Greek Salad
*Tri-colored Mediterranean Pasta salad w/ feta/marinated artichokes/kalmata olives/etc.
*Insalata Caprese - Mozarella, Basil, Tomatoes and EVOO
*Antipasto platter - Chevre w/ peach & apricot preserves, Brie, Tapenade (I ended up making it myself and it was WAY cheaper), hummus, Taziki sauce, capers, marinated artichokes, grapes, pears
* 2 Chocolate FOUNTAINS (White and dark) Oh yeah baby!!!! - Marshmallows, pretzels, strawberries and caramels for dipping
The meat and cheese platters were ordered and i put two other people in charge of Greek and Pasta Salads. Everything else I made. Oh and someone else set up and did all the chocolate fountains cuz I wouldn't have known what in the HECK I was doing!

*Cheese platters w/ Swiss, Muenster, Pepper Jack, Provolone, Cheddar, Havarti
*Marinated Grilled Veggies - Eggplant, carrots, zuccini, roasted red pepers, yellow peppers, portobellas, asparagus, onions
*Insalata Caprese - Mozarella, Basil, Tomatoes and EVOO
