Babies: 0 - 3 Months

Christmas is in 3 months...

anyone else started buying presents yet?  I've already got a few outfits for LO, some stuff for MIL & FIL, wrapping paper, boxes, tape & tissue paper.  I'm gonna start wrapping stuff this week/weekend....but don't have anywhere to go with it, since DH doesn't want to put our tree up until after Thanksgiving!  I want to put it up after Halloween....I think I'll end up winning that one, since I'll have all these wrapped presents, with no where to go! HAHA!

  • I have bought stuff for DS and some wrapping paper but that is about it. ?We put our tree up a week or two before Christmas because our cat eats the tree, the lights and steals the ornaments.

  • We don?t put up are tree in till after thanksgiving As for already buying things we got tons of Christmas decorations and wrapping paper on sale after Christmas last year . I think im all set for wrapping paper for a couple of Christmas at least. Money is tight this year so were not going to buy everyone gifts unless I happen to go back to work before then.  I cant wait for Christmas lo is going to be at such a fun age and are family hasn?t had a baby in the family for 7 yrs !!

  • I have gotten about half of dds christmas presents. I have decided to do mostly bath toys and stuff.

It's tradition to put up the christmas tree the weekend after Thanksgiving.

  • I always say I'm going to shop early and I never do. At least this year I have an excuse, lol.
  • Oh yes.  I stash stuff in the gift closet all the time.  I pick up deals as I see them because it helps to spread out the Christmas spending throughout the year.  And not like the crayola totes I got on kids.woot.com are going out of style or anything...

As for presents...no, but we'll probably start buying stuff after Thanksgiving like we always do.

  • my birthday is november 8th and that is the day i put up the tree every year.  i defiantly like the tree up early!  might as well enjoy it.  can't wait to have it up for LO this year, i think he will love looking at the lights:)

  • We put our tree up the first week of December.  I haven't bought anything yet, but we got a hand-me-down leap frog table that looks fantastic.  We're going to wrap that up for Tillie.  I want to get a book as her "first Christmas" keepsake because my parents did that for me.
