Ha! My mom was the director of medical records for 25 years at the hospital in my hometown.
She's now in IT, helping them develop software to get rid of paper medical records!

If I knew that the 2008 "home buyers credit" which is actualy a loan and has to be repaid would turn into a 2009 "home buyers credit" which does not have to be repaid, I would have waited a few months to buy our house so we don't have to pay back the credit we took in 2008.
If I had known that asking my dad to mail me my wedding dress for TTD meant it would take 3 times as long to get here becuase he tried to save a few bucks, but wanted to pay for it to be nice, I would have asked my sister to do it and sent her a check for the shipping.
I honestly didn't think it was that great, so don't feel bad. I have it on DVR if you want to come watch it
(it is 2 hours long though)

If i had known that loosing all my baby weight and then some meant that I'll have to shop for bras in the juniors section, I might not have tried so hard.
My belly sticks out farther than my chest does. It's just sad really.
If I had known how long it would take for us to get pg, then I (we) would have started the testing before we got married.
If I had known how much I'd love living in Seattle, then I'd have moved here a lot sooner.
If I had known how much chocolate I need to consume these days, then I would have stocked up when I found it at a good price.
If I had known how lame "The Mom Show" would be (on WE), then I wouldn't have bothered taping it and wasting an hour.

I am doing much better now! It was just a tiny one and I have learned to breath through them! Think lamaz...not puff puff give! LOL Thanks for the concern chicka!
If I would have known that doing the responsible thing and seeing my Dr about my back for my lawsuit was going to result in the extreme pain and discomfort I'm revisiting today, then I wouldn't have let him poke and say "Does this hurt?"
If only I'd known how much housing prices would drop/stall, I would've stayed put in my condo until we had the baby.
If only I'd known how gorgeous Costco rings can be, I would've suggested DH shop there.
If only I'd known how not good the photographer DH picked for our wedding was, I would've never delegated that task. A few other wedding related issues fall under this as well.
If only I'd known my boss was on the chopping block when I quit an old job, i would've stayed put. 85% STD and LTD and 12 weeks paid maternity. I would've taken all of 2008 off.
If only I'd known the bond market was going to tank too, I would've kept the proceeds form my condo in a 5.6% CD and would getting a tummy tuck for Christmas.
At least I refied the house at the perfect time; rate and appraisal wise.

If only I'd known that taking the pill needs to be done ON TIME, I would have just gotten an IUD!
Oh, and if only I'd known the newspaper industry would collapse, I would have done a second emphasis in PR!
I am going to die of laughter from this. DH bought these at the store one day and OH MY GOD he had the worst farts on the way home. He is now "banned" from eating them anywhere but hunting camp
Im going to second the "home buyers credit" one and add:
If only I'd known that my son was going to become a biter as soon as he got teeth I wouldnt have played so many biting games with him to make him laugh, which have probably made him think that biting is ok, and now looking back was probably a stupid decision anyways...
