How long are your dc's baths?

P can take a good 20 minute bath. Does this seem long to you? Just curious what the average is.

Re: How long are your dc's baths?

  • Anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes. When the gparents give him a bath they are squeeling and cackeling for at least 45 minutes. I never make bathtime that fun :)

  • We're in and out, but I honestly just don't have the time for them to play in the bath for long periods of time. We usually just jump in the shower together in the morning.
  • If dd gets her way, about an hour or until she's looking like a raisin.  But some days, it is clean up and get out.
  • DS's baths are typically around 30 mins, but it depends how much time we have. Sometimes they're longer, sometimes shorter if it's getting late.

  • Around 15-20 minutes.  They used to be longer when it was just DD but DS doesn't like to stay in and when he gets out DD wants out.

  • Depends on what time he gets in.  If its close to 7pm, then he can bath for up to 45 minutes, but if its closer to 7:30, no longer than 15 minutes.

  • We're all about the business lol, in and out. 5-10 minutes tops. She never gives us a hard time about getting out. She's only 21 months though so I'm sure that's bound to change.
  • probably on average 30 minutes.. DS LOVES his bath!!! He will literally ask to take a bath even if he has already had one that day. But we have a deal.. he hates water on his face.. so we make a deal. He gets to sit and play in the bathtub as long as he wants (as long as there isn't anything else he has to do like eat or go to bed! lol) .. but when he's done I get to wash his hair before he gets out. Works out great.. he gets to play... when he's ready to get out i wash him up quick and we're out. :)
