  Heartburn sucks!!  Try drinking milk.  It really helps.  Also, you can take Zantac.  I am on 150mg 2x a day bc it's so bad.

  i think my welcome came early, i was having some serious heartburn/reflux today too! ack!

  ask your ob for a script, you'll be glad you did! my friend called it her "magic pill".?

  Smaller more frequent meals, less liquid with your food, sit up after eating.  These things can help too!
