I didn't...but the BRU here is pretty ridiculous/unorganized.

yes i did, whenever you go in there or any other one just tell them you didnt get one when you registered and they will give you one im all about freebies

I got a nice goody bag but here in Canada there's no completion discount. I'd rather have a 10% off coupon than a bag full of crap.

Call BRU (not the store) and ask what the policy is and what to expect- if they're not hanidng them out, it's a way to complain against the store and find out exactly what you should be getting. I had to tattle on BRU before with something else.
