Registry Completion Coupons?

I just received my registry completion coupon for Target and it looks like I can just pick a day and save 10% on anything in the store. Does Wal-Mart send registry completion coupons? If so, how do they work? What about Babies-R-Us? I have heard that they will only send you a coupon for what is remaining on the registry, is that true? I just had my shower on Sunday and still have a lot to buy before LO arrives. Any advice would be appreciated- thank you!!

    I got my Target one a few weeks ago and used it this past Saturday.  I was only able to use it for stuff on my registry and I had to have a printout of my registry to give to the cashier. 

    I'm still waiting on my BRU one ( I changed my due date and everything but yeah still haven't gotten it), and I don't think Walmart gives them out but I could be wrong.

    I didn't get my Target or BRU coupons yet and my due date is Friday.

    Wel BRU thinks its Friday and Target was the middle of the month.

    I am going to have to call.

    i put my due date 2 months ahead and received my bru coupon last week and I am going on saturday with my sister and before i go i will add everything i still need to my registry so i can get the dicsount.
