Shameless AW: Diaper Bag

So...I am a self proclaimed "bag hag"...and DH just told me that he is going to get me the Kate Spade diaper bag I have been eyeing up for my birthday this year! Even though he argued that spending that kind of money on something that we will put used diapers in seems rediculous (and I don't completely disagree!) he is buying it anyway..."because I deserve it"!!!

Unfortunately, my "bag hag"ness goes a bit too far. The ultimate diaper bag I want is a Louis. lol! I keep hoping (mostly pretending) that I'll get it for a gift before Frankie gets here in January, but I don't want to get my hopes up...it is a bit expensive. Sad

Actually, if you just get 2 expensive ones to rotate they will earn their high price. You will use them everyday for at least 2 years.. more use than your regular purses get. So to me, its perfectly justifiable Wink

Last year Kate Spade had a big sale around the time of my birthday, I wonder if they'll have another one this year. I'd love one of her bags. They look like regular purses and can definitely be used later.

I'm sorry... I think I'm the only one that is feeling sick from this post. $465 for a diaper bag? Get real! If you do have that much money lying around whether it's your birthday or you "deserve it" why don't you put it in a savings account for your future baby- or donate to charity? I think thats ridiculous.. it's a diaper bag!
