Help do I jump or stay???

in 1st Trimester

OKay I am confused and slap me if this has been asked a million times and I am ridiculous for not knowing....but I hear so many different things!!!!

At what point am I in my second trimester??? I heard 13 weeks...I've heard 14....I've heard 15.....UG.....ohh and according to this book someone got me I am really only 11 weeks which confuses so I threw the book away!!!

    Today is your day, 13wk 3days is technically the start of your 2nd.

    Today is the start of 2nd Tri. for you.  The book you're reading might be refering to the baby's gestational age.  If you are 13 wks pregnant, then the baby's getstational age is 11 wks since you weren't actually pregnant the first 2 wks of your cycle.

    Omg it happened so fast...didn't feel fast when I couldn't sleep...couldn't get comfortable....had to pee way to much...had wierd food adversions...and terrible headaches....but somewhere between the pregnancy test, first sonogram and crib shopping we have sprung into the 2nd trimester...what a beautiful emotional ride!!!
