They advertise as being for kids from birth to age 8. I haven't been there since I was a kid, myself. At that time it seemed like it was geared toward slightly older kids, but maybe call them and ask what there is for a child of 13mo's to do there?
My inlaws live right in the Glen and they've taken each of their grandkids at one time or another. My MIL said my DD really seemed to like it..even though she may not get everything she still has fun And there are things geared towards younger kids.
My DD was about 14 months when she went.
