Recommend a convertible car seat for air travel

I have a Britax Marathon that I got at my shower which we will put in DH's car and I am going to need to purchase another convertible car seat for my car. I would ideally like to get something that is somewhat lightweight and easy to take on an airplane for when we travel with DD. Does anyone have any recommendations for something that is lightweight and easy to travel with?

    I don't know how easy it is to travel with but the Britax Roundabout is a good deal smaller than the Marathon - we have one of each for Maggie

    Just got off plane this AM.  I bought a new Radian 65 and it worked great.  It is heavy (21 pounds) but I strapped it onto my GoGo Kidz Travelmate and I could wheel it around the airport and down the airplane aisle.  The flight attendant was amazed, since you normally can't wheel a seat down the aisle.  Whatever seat you get, I highly recommend the GoGo Kidz.  When I was researching what seat to get, others recommended the Cosco Scenera.

    Thank you so much for the recommendation! I had never seen this product before and it is probably worth the investment for us since we travel internationally each year to visit family.

    we have the graco comfortsport car seat.  it's light weight and little man loves it!  i am buying another one for dh's car so we will have a seat in each car.

    We have a radian as well.  If you decide not to put it on the gogokidz, it also folds.  So, while it's heavy, it at least is an easier shape to deal with!
