Teething and shots

I have Ali's flu shot scheduled for this afternoon, and she's teething very hard.  She's working on her two top front teeth, and it's a slow, painful process for her.  This is the crankiest I've ever seen her.  I feel kind of guilty getting her flu shot today.  It seems like she's teething every time she gets shots - I'm just adding misery upon misery to my poor little girl.

    Aww! Poor little lady. I hope her shots went well. I suppose it's better to have a flu shot while teething than to actually have the flu while teething. She'd be sick for days and days!

    She did really well with the shot today - only cried for a mintue.  And one of her teeth has broken through, so now she's working on the second one.  She was still cranky, but I'm sure she'll be better tomorrow.
