I not only drink a can of regular Dr. Pepper every day, but I also eat turkey sandwiches several times a week, and forget to take my vitamins sometimes.
I eat steak with some pink! mmm it's so much better that way! I also eat lunch meat and have no shame!
Also my mom is throwing my baby shower at 17 weeks yes some people will
say to soon but it's the only time I will get to go home (haven't been home in TWO years) and she want's
to do it and my family wants to as well so flame away.
I was a med student when pregnant with DS; my OB was planning a scheduled induction to work with my schedule, although I went into labor the day before.
I was due with DD the day I was graduating from med school; my OB induced me at 38 1/2 weeks so I wouldn't miss graduation
Now, I'm a resident, and we're planning a scheduled induction for this little guy as well. I don't feel guilty one bit. I have to beautiful, healthy and wicked-smart kids - even though I was induced without a medical reason. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I drink Dr pepper a lot more than I should. I love turkey and mustard sandwichs...I forget to take my prenatal more than I remember to take it, I still enjoy sleeping on my back because it feels really good.
I hate exercising now, and last night I went through an entire tub of pecan praline ice cream, but only ate the pralines out.
I drink a Diet Coke every day. A steak I ordered last week came out totally undercooked, and I didn't send it back. In fact, I was delighted by this discovery. I've also started eating lunch meat (I never ate it pre-pregnancy).
Not trying to be the pregnancy police, but in the 1st tri, I couldn't remember if I had taken my PNVs or not. So, I got one of those 7 day pill keepers, with the days of the week on each pocket. I take my PNVs (and my Gas-X & Unisom) before I go to bed every night. I haven't forgotten one since I bought the keeper.
My confession: I'm dragging my feet on applying for a substitute teaching job b/c I'm terrified of going to work in a school before I get the piggy flu vaccine.

My exercise consists of walking to the bathroom, I have been known to eat a deli sandwich since BFP, is a potato considered a veggie -if not I'm not really eating veggies- I am craving beer and had half DH's the other night... wow. I feel better.
Oh I have a cup of coffee every single day. I tried to give it up, but just couldn't and have found it helps with the headaches I have been getting. I'm pretty sure my baby won't be born with a third eye.

After 10 vegetarian years, I have eaten not one, but two hot dogs while pregnant
I've been veggie forever, too and I've been soooo craving a hot dog. With sauerkraut and spicy mustard. Mmmm. But I can't justify buying an entire pack of hot dogs because DH doesn't eat them and I can't imagine I'll eat more than one. I've GOTTA find a place that sells hot dogs.
I was running 2 miles a day until m/s kicked-in back in June. Yeah, I haven't lifted my booty off the couch since then. ...and last pregnancy, I ran every day up until I was 7 mos along.
I had a rare steak the other night (it was a filet mignon - there's no way I'm ruining that by overcooking), I'm having sushi on Thursday and I drink tons of unpasteurized juice on a daily basis. I also sleep on my back every night.

1. The most exercise I get is walking my dog and walking up and down the stairs in my home.
2. I have no appetite so I eat what I want when I feel like eating which means I'm definitely not getting 3 balanced meals a day.
3. I don't read any pregnancy books because I think it's silly and unnecessary.
4. This is my first child, and I am completely at ease. I'm not worried about stretch marks, when I'll get my "real" baby bump, labor, any physical discomfort I'm having, or anything that I read so many ladies worrying about on here.
I just had a 1/2 can of diet pepsi (my first caf. soda since getting pregnant) I have made browines 3 times and ate the mix not the brownies (only a few spoon fulls though). and I have had 5 or 6 non-alc. beers knowing they have a trace of alc. in them.
I absolutely can not drink 4 liters of water or whatever the freakin recommended daily water consumption is for pg women. It's not that I hate water it's that I seriously can not drink that much of anything! even if I mix it up with juice and tea and milk I can only get in like 6 glasses! wth? I am tired of the lectures of the importance of water for a pregnant woman I guess I am terrible mother. I have tried putting lemon in the water too! please just save your self the trouble and give me no more ideas and suggestions.
I exercised religiously before my BFP - 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day... my motivation for getting into the routine was so I would be fit and stay fit during my pregnancy.
I barely had any energy to get through yoga during the first trimester - tried running a few times and promised myself that I would do better once I wasn't as tired anymore. But I haven't lifted a leg since my Dr. told me to take 2 weeks off after some bleeding during the 10th week... that was 10 weeks ago.
Re: pregnancy confessions...

Plus, I'm considering a C-Section.
Flame away, dragons. I am a terrible mommy.

I paint for a living, while pg.
Believe me I would quit work if I could, but I can't.
you know you are pregnant when...
your "dirty confessions" consist of soda and lunch meat.
oy!

Lol, oh yeah...here's my big one, even the boyfriend doesn't know...
The other night, with the girls, I had not one, but TWO pink wine spritzers.
...Okay, so the alcohol content was like, 4 ounces altogether of pink wine, but I felt SOOOOO bad.
 It was delicious.

This!! Except my ms started in May. I'm starting to see what used to be my muscle turning into cellulite...It's gross.
Also, I have a half cup of coffee almost every day. I know it's not a lot but I still feel guilty.
I drink a can of Coke a day (sometimes two)
I do not exercise (I know i'm only hurting myself here)
I took a sip of wine the other day (I may have just a bit more when I feel like i'm ready to have half a glass)
We are considering an induction (DH is deployed and LO is due the day he is supposed to leave to go back to A-stan from his mid tour leave)

I eat a tuna sandwich about 1x a week.
I have coffee (venti Pumpkin Latte 1-2x weekly)
I had only Cinnamon Struedel & milk for breakfast
I barely keep down any vegetables unless they're starchy (corn, peas)

I had a whole glass of Chardonnay yesterday.
I eat turkey sandwiches at least once a week.
I drink Dr. Pepper every day.
I also get my steak med well.
I dont exercise either.
I eat deli meat about 3 times per week.
I don't exercise at all, I can't even bring myself to do kegels.
Wow I can't believe how much better this made me feel!
  Ha!
I have some caffeine every day, eat too much sugar, and stopped exercising like 3 or 4 weeks ago....
....I feel better!
