How is your commute everyday? Ive looked in that area (to potentially move) and wasnt too sure about how my drive would be in the morning. Do you take the toll road at all?

It's really not that bad - but yes - I take the toll road. We're in East YL - Gypsum off ramp, so I take the toll road down until it ends and becomes Jamboree and then take that all the way down. I usually work 7am-4pm and it takes about a good 30 minutes to 45 minutes.
The only problem tends to be on the way home - if the toll road gets backed up when it meets the 91, it can take a bit of time. But they are expanding it, so hopefully it will be better soon. And it costs about $120 per month.
If you work later - like until 6 or 7, the 55 is usually ok. But I have to say I really like YL - it's a great place to live.
