Apparently I'm old and ugly..

I just got asked to do a presentation at work for some people visiting on Wednesday. Here's how the conversation went:

Me: Why does the recruiter want me to do the presentation & not L.. who it was originally assigned to?

Her: He's worried because it's two men coming in, and she's so young and pretty..

I think she realized that sounded bad so she started back tracking saying he thinks I'm more authoritative, which will be better for these guys..

    True. Imagine an August baby in Miami or Puerto RIco. Oh no! I'm grateful that mine is June! hahaha
