If I have two Manufacturer's Coupons for the same item, for different amounts - One is for $3 off and one is for 75 Cents off - Can I use them both at the same time to buy the item?
some stores allow you to 'stack' coupons- but usually with one of theirs and a manufacturer coupon for the same item. Like if target has a coupon and you have a mani coupon you can stack them.
I'm so glad you posted this because I had this fantasy of buying several Sunday papers to get several of the $1 off deodorant coupons for this expensive deodorant I use. I would have felt so dumb had I actually done this and ended up NOT being able to use the coupons (I was going to purchase it at Target). *sigh*

I think we need a couponing tutorial!
I'm really trying to get a grasp of this couponing thing but it's a whole foreign world for me. Please excuse the dozens of coupon questions to come, I'm sure! Glad this one could help someone else, too!

You can check the Target website for Target coupons, they might have one for the deodorant you are looking for, you can print it off, and use the one from the paper (the manufacturer coupon) and the Target one together. This was explained, but I thought I might let you know specifically that Target allows Target and manufacturer coupons on the same item, so does Walgreens (walgreens + manufacturer).
If you read the fine print on the coupons, pretty much all of them say "limit one per purchase." Most stores interpret that to mean one coupon per item, so if you have two widget coupons and you buy two widgets, you can use both coupons. But I've also heard of stores that interpret that statement to mean one coupon per transaction, so they would only let you use one coupon despite buying two items.
Re: Coupon Question: I Should Know This...
for the most part. no.

Got it... thank you! I figured it wouldn't work but maybe I'll just give it a shot so I know for the future.
