When I get discouraged, I just keep trying. I might fail or backslide (like recently), but I view each day as a clean slate.
I'm down another pound! That's -3 total for me
I remind myself that I did this before, and I can do it again. The thing that I find most discouraging is when I feel like I'm trying so hard, but it takes me so much longer to lose weight than it does DH.
