How much to spend on used quilt (ebay)

I found the quilt that goes with Mason's doggie sheets, it ends in about 30 minutes, but I am debating how much is too much for a used quilt. It is in like new condition, and oh so cute. Would you spend more then $40ish?

Is it hand made too?

I might go to $50. Espcially since youi've been looking and not finding anythying, so I'd pay an extra premium on being done.

It's Pottery Barn, from a couple years ago. I have looked around for something similar but so much stuff has designs that won't really work with the dog sheets.

I had put in $53.35, or somthing similar, had about 5 seconds left, as I refreshed it she took it.. damn it. Oh well, I have time to find something else, and would rather not spend that much anyways.
