Holy crap, that's expensive!

My LO doesn't play with toys yet, but she's just started to hold on tight to fabrics....she'll take burp rags, hold onto shirts, etc.  So I pulled a lovey giraffe blanket off the shelf and she loves it!  She'll hold onto it, suck on it, etc.

I just googled it because I was considering getting her a second one...

$50!!!!  This was given at a shower in a gift basket from some friends of DH...now I'm kind of scared to know how much the entire gift basket cost!

    Have you seen the taggies blankets?  I know some are sold on etsy and some are sold at taggies.com.  DS has one, he isn't interested yet, but I know some older babies like them-

    It's crazy how much some of those things cost...knowing that it's something that the baby will most likely drool/puke/poop/pee on.

    Walmart and Target have blankets similar to that and they cost much less!

    Ditto this.  DD was a couple of the luvies from the Carters line (I think its called Child of Mine at Walmart) that she absolutely loves.
