They'll let you know if they officially want to change it. Mine measured ahead consistantly for 10wks before they changed mine. The rest of the time they usually just contribute it to a growth spurt.

No. It just means that your baby's size is bigger than the average for how far along you are. It does not mean that your baby has developed faster or will be due sooner.
I measured a week ahead at my ultrasounds. When I asked the Dr. they said you can measure a week ahead or behind and they don't change your EDD. Hope this helps.
No. I was measuring a week or two ahead consistently for almost 2 months. Then I leveled off and was measuring on track. Babies grow at different rates, so some weeks you may be measuring ahead because he had a growth spurt. The next you could be measuring a little behind.
Nope. I was measuring one week ahead for the longest time. They said that was totally normal. One week is not a large enough difference for them to even think twice about. I'm now measuring right on my week. I guess it's like others have said about growth spurts.
No. My baby has been measuring 3-4 weeks ahead since early on. At my last appointment I measured at 41 weeks. My doctor said some women just have big babies.
Re: Last ultrasound said I was measuring 32 weeks when I am 31 . . .
