DS is on zantac for his reflux but it only seems to be getting worse. we are going to talk to the pedi today about upgrading to prevacid as well, but i want to try cutting out dairy and soy for a possible intolerance as well.
does anyone have a really good list of dairy and hidden dairy products, as well as soy products?

Good luck - I have been doing this for a couple weeks and my DS is MUCH MUCH better.
My son is EBF and very sensitive to lactose, and is just now able to handle milk in yogurt. He's not allergic to soy, so I used soymilk - sorry, I don't have info on soy allergies, but I'd try looking up anything vegan. They often have info for dairy & soy allergies.
Here are some links that really helped me out.

Hope this helps!
Silk has the best soymilk - I use the Vanilla for everything - cereal, baking, and drinking straight. Stonefield Farms makes a soy yogurt that's pretty good, and you can also try the O' Baby soy yogurt. Try Earth Balance as a butter substitute - healthier than margarine, and it's made by the same company that makes Smart Balance. Publix carries it.
