Pediatrician in Watertown/Belmont/Waltham area?

I'm looking for pediatrician recomendations for a pediatrician in Watertown/Belmont/Waltham.  I'd even consider Newton/Cambridge/Arlington if the practice was good.  I'm especially interested in finding a group that has an after-hours line so that I'm not stuck going to the ER every time the baby has a fever etc.

    Harvard Vanguard has a group in Watertown. Harvard Vanguard has evening, sat and sunday hours. But you might have to go to a different town for the weekend hours.

    I second Harvard Vanguard in Watertown. Dr. Kathleen Mitchell is excellent but books far in advance.
