taco lasagna is SUPER simple. I buy the kit from Old El Paso or Ortega...depending on the store. Then I add kidney beans and salsa. You can make it yourself with the ingredients, I just am lazy and buy the kit. If you dont want the kit or can't find it...you will need 4 soft taco shells, ground beef (or turkey or whatever kind you use for tacos), taco seasoning, cheese, kidney beans, salsa, and cheese sauce.
Then you cook the ground meat and add the seasoning. Then I add the beans and some cheese sauce. I have a round corning ware casserole that I use. One taco shell on the bottom, 1/3 of the meat mix, salsa, and shredded cheese. Then continue to layer this way. On the top of the last taco shell I put more cheese sauce and the shredded cheese. Cover and bake 350 for about 15 minutes I think, or until cheese is melted.

Re: What's on your menu for the week?
My grandpa is cooking for me all week!
But last week I made this shrimp and it was delish: https://www.epicurious.com/recipes/food/reviews/Shrimp-with-Basil-Garlic-Butter-103369
I usually either put less butter in it, or the same amount and serve over angelhair pasta.
taco lasagna
bbq chicken legs
homemade mac and cheese
and thats all I have so far
Bright...YUM on the shrimp. I'm soooooooo doing that!
