A little leopard...was going to be a kitty, but I found cuter parts to her costume in a leopard pattern.
I try to make DD's costumes...and will keep doing so until she fights to have something else. This year, since I have gone back to work and we are just getting back into the swing of things after DD's hospital stay for meningitis, I bought the main part (a beautiful leopard print coat) and will make her ears and tail to go with the black shirt and pants we already have. I also bought some cheap leopard print slippers that are furry so they look like paws. Add black whiskers and a nose with face paint and we'll have it done.
DD has two options. One is a lady bug, and I will have to get a black shirt and pair of black pants to go under the outfit (legless and sleeveless). We tried it on and she SCREAMED!!!! So, when I was ON the other day I picked up the kitty outfit, like that one better...looks warmer, so we will probably go with that one. Just depends on what our crazy weather is going to decide to be like.
either the Tom Arma Cow or the Tom Arma Dinosaur. Still trying to decide.
Do the Flamingo. It's the funniest thing I have ever seen in my life. Way better than the dino. The dino is a little bit lame IMHO. If you are going to spend the 60 bucks get a snazzier one! The frog is also great.
EDIT: Actually I just looked closer and the tail on the dino if awesome.
I bought a monkey costume at BRU. DS loves monkeys and absolutely adores it. I am still tossing around the idea of returning it and buying a Yoda costume though. Here's the monkey-

We're going to put it together ourselves. We're borrowing a football jersey and a need to find a helmet (even though she won't wear it--she can hold it). We're going very low-key for halloween.
DD is going to be a bumble bee with a tutu. I got the wings, antenna headband, and tutu off of ebay. She already has black shoes and leggings (which i'll use if I can't find black and yellow striped tights in time), and I found a black long sleeve turtleneck onesie at Target.
