oil vs lotion? xp

what are the pros and cons of each? i'm not asking for brand recommendations. thanks in advance!

    We actually didn't and do use either and C had VERY dry skin and eczema. Pedi advised a bath every other night and soap only once a week (unless he's obviously extra dirty of course). He's eczema has stopped and no more dry skin.

    Personally I wouldn't recommend either unless you truly feel like you need it. If there are dry spots, Aquaphor is amazing. C has super soft silky baby skin and again, we never use either.
