  I haven't woken up with mystery knee pain.  I would just take it easy today, and if they still hurt after the weekend is over I would probably call the Dr.

  I woke up this morning to a knee that keeps popping and a swollen ankle...and it is only on the left side so I don't know if it comes from sleeping on that side or what

  Ya sleeping differently is the only explanation I can come up with..... ?Only good thing is I am using it as an excuse to not clean lol

  My knees hurt like crazy earlier on during my pregnancy when I was first getting used to sleeping on my side (I'm normally a back sleeper).  It helped to have a small pillow between my knees at night.

  I'm having some joint pain the past couple of days as well - but I think mine might be part of the h1n1 that I managed to pick up.

  I'd give it a few days and if it gets really bad, call your doctor.

  I've only gained 10 lbs, but my knees have been crackling when I walk up stairs.

  I was just going to post something about this.  My knees are killing.  They are fine when i walk but to get up from sitting, or to go upstairs I feel 100.  What's going to happen in a couple of months?
