Just wondering. I ordered a carseat from there and haven't received a confirmation email. I have never ordered any thing on line and not received a confirmation email before. Also when I log in and click on order status it says that I have no pending orders. I tried to call them yesterday but just got voicemail and didn't leave a message. They have also already taken the money out of my account. I am sure everything is ok but it still concerns me a little.

I've ordered from them twice. The first time was a great experience. This last time, not so much but it had more to do with the manufacturer of the merchandise that I ordered.
I had to call and email Albee baby numerous times to get any information out of them. If you call, leave a voice mail on the line for online orders only but then call back and press the option for the store. Once I did that, I actually got a live person and was able to explain the situation and they were able to help me. Good luck!
I ordered on Tuesday and today when I got home from work it was here. That was really fast and free! Just really weird that I didn't get any communication from them.
