DH and I just joined a gym and I am wondering what I am and am not allowed to do. I know not to life over 25lbs, but what do I need to keep my heart rate at or under? If anyone has a regular workout routine that they could post, that would be great! tia!

I hang out on my elliptical for about 20 min 4-5 days a week. You can tell if youre overdoing it. I also usually do some light weights
Workout? I forgot what working out was when I got my BFP!!! LOL Hoping to starting again in 2nd tri. Just too tired and hungry to do so now.
I asked my OB if I could continue to jog and she gave me a very enthusiastic yes. And there's no way to jog under 140 hb. She didn't seem concerned at all. Said to work out like I used to and slow down as eeded to - tired, out of breath, etc.
Also encouraged prenatal yoga - a LOT
Doctor said to keep heartrate below 150 and to not lift over 45 pounds.
I do a pregnant and fit class and prenatal yoga which is awesome!
