Howlong after eating do you do tummy time?

    I hold him upright for 20 minutes before tummy time.

    For me, it doesn't matter. Even if it's 2 hours he spits up when he's on his belly.  he moves around and rolls so much that it is not even worth trying to stop.  I just put a recieveing blanket under him at all times.

    We like to do it immediately before eating!  Even then, LO pukes, a lot. :-)

    I do it right after eating. He doesn't spit up much, and if he does it's not a big deal. It also helps him burp.
