Ventaire advanced bottle problem- anybody else?

We bought the playtex ventaire advanced bottles 2 weeks ago. All the numbers came off! We have these bottles we can't really use, b/c you can't tell how many oz of water are in it... we have to measure the water first then pour it in.

Was there some bottle prep thing we missed? We handwashed them, but they can go in the dishwasher, can't they? We just use regular Dawn soap...

  • I've heard they will send replacements if you call to complain.  I've also heard the "crystal clear" variety don't do that.

  • Call Playtex. They will glady send you coupons to replace all the one's you have. The news one's I havent had a problem with.

    how do I know if I'm  getting new ones or the older ones? I just bought these! 

  • As someone else mentioned, make sure to get the "crystal clear" ones. I even put mine in the dishwasher and the numbers have not washed off at all yet.
  • Mine have also disappeared.  In a month!!!  I'm calling to complain.

    ETA:  I am getting the coupons but will have to send back the bottles in 2 batches because they will still only send out 6 coupons first even though I have 15 to return (they'd send more coupons later).  I need more than that!

    They are sending us coupons for new bottles. Call and complain! I hope the coupons are good for the clear ones... I don't want more unusable ones!
