  We've done shots at every visit.   But maybe that's because I won't allow more than 2 shots at any given time.  So we may be a bit behind.

  We had shots at every appt. until age 2. We are now done until the 5 year visit other than the flu shots.

  Our office gives a Hep A at 18 months and DD will also get her flu shot at that appointment since it is that time of year.

  We were supposed to have shots but DS was a bit sick so they decided to hold off until his 2 year appt, so I'm guessing they can be done at either 18 or 24 month appt.?

  Yes.  We had two shots but only one was on my list.  I think the other was one we had to delay at some point (can't remember) plus the flu shots.  There were no shots at the 2-year visit or 3-year visit.  I think my pedi said there are some at the 4-year visit and, of course, at the 5-year visit.
