After 10mos I'm having c/s pain

I don't know if maybe I pushed myself too hard at the gym this morning or what, but right below my belly button down to my scar hurts really bad. It's also hot to the touch.

Anyone else have this pain still??

    I still am sore on an almost daily basis...on the right side of my incision.  It's just like a dull muscle ache.  My doctor said it could be scar tissue build-up.  She suggests trying to massage it daily to break up the scar tissue (I remember to probably 3 times a week).
