TMI, is diarrhea an early sign of pregnancy?

Hi everyone, I have a quick question. I have been experiencing extreme diarrhea (TMI) for the past 3 days now. My period is due tomorrow. My question is, is diarrhea sometimes an early sign of pregnancy? I don't plan on taking a pregnancy test until after my missed period. I know this seems silly buy any knowledge would help! TIA

For me it's just a sign I ate too much icecream.

There are so many "early signs of pregnancy" that if you fixate on them then you'll be SURE you're pregnant even if you aren't. I would just wait to take the test and try not to get ahead of yourself.

Diarrhea is a sign of the apocalypse.

Anyway, FWIW, I have diarrhea almost every cycle for the couple days leading up to my period and I've never been KTFU.

You are probably right. Thank you for your honest answer. It's so easy for people to get rude on here, as seen above. I did reference the question as being silly I guess I just wanted to know if anyone here had experiened it. But thank you!

The only "early" signs are hindsight. Meaning, after you take a test and two weeks later when you are really experiencing pregnancy signs, you'll know. I'm pretty sure diarrhea isn't one. You probably caught a stomach bug. But hey, everyone's different.

Just take a test.
