Kitty tried to knead my belly last night

Our cat is pretty anti-social, rarely sleeps on the bed, so it was interesting that she decided to start kneading my belly last night - and yea, it wasn't a nice experience for me!

I would think she is "telling me something" (like that I'm going into labor or something), but I played with her a lot before bed, so I think she was feeling kind of lovey :)

    My dogs nudge my bump with their noses.  I hope LO punches back someday.  Teach them a little lesson...

    This is a nightly occurance in our house. I think she's just trying to soften it like a pillow to get comfortable. No such luck!

    My cats try to do that too, most of the time they want nothing to do with me!

    My kitty also does this, but usually on my face or neck.  He has done this a couple times to my belly and I just have to push him off of me.

    my cat tried to lay across my belly like he used to, and then gripes at me when he can't lay flat.

    My cat likes to lay on my belly.  It never fails that is when LO will start to kick and after the third good kick my cat looks up at me insulted that I disturbed him and leaves.  I just love cats they are so funny.

    Awwww.......that's cute.  Hopefully you weren't getting clawed up though!

    One of my cats always kneads my neck.  But she has always done that.

    Cats can sense the fact that you have a baby inside of you.  My cats have been acting strangely lately.  They follow me all around the house.  And one of my cats likes to lean against my belly and stare at me.  She never did that before.

    Awww :-) My kitty always curls up right next to my belly when I go to sleep. It's so cute! I think she already loves her little brother!!
