  Cammy or Cammie...

  To me, Cami is a tank top.

  I would say Cami.  I know that it is a tank top, but it is the only way that I have ever seen it spelt.

  It needs to have two m's no matter what. Only one m suggests a long "a" sound like Amy. I like Cammy or Cammie

  Since my name is Kami (pronounced Kay-Me) and gets mistaked for your Cami all the time I would say without e on the end.

  My dad dropped the e from the end of my name right before I was born, my name has been mispronounced my whole life, althought I'd never change it if I had a say so in the beginning.

  Cammie or Cammy.  When I see one M, I think Amy with a C in front of it.  I went to college with someone name Cami (Kay-mee), so that could by why I see it that way.

  I'm surprised by all the votes for Cami.  The only way I've ever seen this is Cammie, so that's what I prefer.

  HA! Weird, my name is Kami too... I would go for the Cami. Everyone always tries to put an E at the end of mine though. and ditto on having trouble. Even worse, mine is short for a seemingly easy name to pronounce, but my mom decided to make it different thus - correcting everyone!
