My maiden name was really rare. People started calling me by it in high school (just my maiden name not Rachel). It carried into college even though I didn't tell anyone it was used as a nickname and people still call me that today LOL

My dad calls me Sister Bear after the Berenstein Bears books...sometimes it's Sissy Bear b/c my brother used to call me Sissy b/c he couldn't say sister.

AJ is also my nn...it started in 5th grade and stuck

My parents call me Dinski- don't know where that came from... My neices and nephews call me Torky- my oldest nephew couldn't say Courtney it came out Torky. ANd my friends in high school called me Roots- ummm yeah because of my "roots" from dying my hair.

My sister calls me Bear (Er Bear) and I call her Bait (Cait Bait...her name is Caitlin). My DH calls me Erinny because I call him Bretty.

I get called Lin, Lindz, and when my dad was alive his nn for me was Lindzer, I don't let people call me that anymore. It was a nn my dad gave me and no one else needs to call me that. It was our thing.
