Thanks to everyone! To answer some questions, no I haven't used any supports at all but I am breastfeeding which I think helps a lot. I also do uterine massages a couple times a day everyday which really helps to contract it back down. I have no idea how much weight I've lost... we don't have a scale in the house (I think they are evil) and I haven't been around one. I'm interested to know though so I might go to the GNC sometime and find out.
