I would like to start one because it seems those who have one and stick to it do well. Also, if you have a bedtime, share that too (although, I'm not sure if my LO is too young for a bedtime).
Around 10pm I give DD a bath, she absolutely loves them. After that we hang out for 15-20 minutes, then I put her to bed. Sometimes I have to nurse her to sleep and other times she just falls asleep on her own. She is usually asleep by 11 and sleeps through the night. We didn't start this until she was 2 months old.
Funny you should ask. DD just fell asleep in my arms and I'm trying to decide if it's an early bedtime or a pre-bedtime nap.
I try to start bedtime around 7:00, and she's usually down by about 7:45, leaving DH and me some grown-up time.
First she has a bath, then jammies, then either reading followed by feeding, or feeding and then reading, depending on how hungry she is. Lately I've been trying to put her down drowsy but awake, though sometimes she passes out while eating. We're Ferberizing.
We've been trying a 9:30 pm bedtime the past few days. It's working well so far, and it's much better than her going to bed at 11:00 at the earliest like she used to. We start the routine at 9ish. I change her diaper; put a light amount of lotion on her arms, legs, and belly; put her in footed PJs; take her into our room and read her a bedtime story; and feed her a bottle. Most of the time she falls asleep while burping. If not, my husband walks with her and sings her to sleep. She sleeps 9-10 hours each night.
Bedtime starts around 8. We do bath, lotion, jammies, sleepsack swaddle. nurse to sleep and she's in the crib between 8:45 and 9. We don't wrap the swaddle until she's almost out.

Baby goes to sleep the same time i do so we start around 10. if it's a bath night we do that, but she has sensitive skin skin so bath is only every few days. Jammies, dim lights, nursing, then if she can stay awake through eating we read her bedtime book. if she's still awake after that I sing softly and hold her hands or stroke her belly.

Re: Share your bedtime routine please :)
When DD was 4 weeks she wouldn't go down for the night til about 9-10. Now she goes down between 7-8.
We start bath at 6:30ish then bottle with the lights dimmed. I try to keep it quiet around that time so she knows its not play time.
Also when DD was 4 weeks I would read to her cause she would fall asleep with the sound of my voice. Now she tries to tear out the pages of the book.
Bed time 12-2am, whenever DH and I go to sleep.
Change, feed, swaddle, rock/pat, paci, white noise, & down.

We give DS a bath around 7:30, then massage, pj's and last bottle. He is usually asleep by 8:30pm, and wakes up around 7:30pm.
We started this routine at 2 months old, but it started at 9:30pm, and gradually got earlier.
