  i don't know any stats but my advice is to stay positive.

  it's difficult b/c miscarriages put awful thoughts in your mind that are hard to shake. every appt i start to wonder ............miscarriage is not fair.

  From what I have read.  A successful pg after one m/c is no more or less likely than someone who has never had a m/c before.  When you start having more than m/c, the stats start to drop a little bit.

  9/07 m/c baby boy @ 18wks, 4/09 m/c @ 4.5wks

  Im right here with ya.  I also had a MC in mid June and are now about 5 weeks. Personally it feels different, like I am more ready so it seems more healthy this time, does that make any sense.  I am really trying to stay focused on the positive this go round and not get caught up in the minutia.

  my appointment with my regular doc is monday and I am sure she will test for HCG levels and then put my referral in, I wish she would send me for an US.

   Lets stay upbeat together and I will be keeping my fingers crossed for both us

  I'm with you too. If you have just had one mc then you have the same rate of mc again as anyone else. No better no worse. Hopeing that this is it for us!!!

  I had a miscarriage in early July and I am amost 6 weeks pg this time.  I also, feel this pg is different.  I am scared but i am trying to stay more positive and think good thoughts.  I know it can be hard.  I really don't know what the percentages are about having a second miscarriages after having one.  Good luck to you.

  Every pregnancy is unique and has the same rate of m/c - which is somewhere around 15% to 20%.  Only once you have had 3 m/c's would the chance of m/c increase (after you have had 3, they assume there is something causing you to m/c).

  Oh i feel you! I had a mc in june & now is 5 wks prego. I am nervous, but hopeful! I'm an US tech & want to scan myself soo bad, but I am reframing from doing so. My doctors appt is not until Oct, they like to see you after 8 wks . My advice to you, myself, & others is just to stay positive & keeping hope alive

  I am thinking positive!  I think this pregnancy feels alot different than my last.  I really and hoping for nothing but the best.  I think everything will be just fine.  GL to the rest of you in the same boat as me.
