  I have read that you are supposed to hang them in the corners of the crib (if you hang over the crib).  This way, they won't be looking straight up at it, which helps to prevent the flat head.

  Depending on how we set up the nursery, it will either be over the changing table or the crib. Either which way it will be hanging from the ceiling.
