DS won't nap anymore

So, up until a couple days ago, DS would nap like a champ. He'd take a short catnap in the morning, than a much longer one in the early afternoon (2-3 hours), and then a short one a little bit later.

But now that seems to have all gone out the window. He'll go down for uber-quick naps, but the longest he'll stay down is roughly 45 minutes...and it's not even a solid stretch (i.e. I'll have to go in to replace the paci multiple times). I haven't been doing anything different, so what's the story here?

He STTN, so I know I shouldn't complain, but I'm worried that that's next to go. 

I miss being able to take a shower, among other things. 

Any advice? Maybe this is just a phase....

    Hmmm, my DS has been going through the same thing the past few days.

    This might just be a three month thing.  My dd went through it for a couple of weeks but we've been back to normal the past few days.  It was rough because she was obviously tired and she was sooo cranky, but would.not.nap.

    I'm going to have to go with, "It's a 3 month thing."  DS is doing exactly this for the past week or so.  The last 2 days were horrendous.  I had multiple posts about it.  It sucks.  I hope it goes back to normal for all of us poor mommies soon!
