Went to my 1st prenatal water aerobics class last night

And I was the only one in the class...at least so far.  I'm not sure if anyone else has signed up and just didn't show or what.  The teacher did go ahead with the class so it was like personal training in water.  The water felt great and it felt so good to get some exercise. And the best part was that I haven't slept that good in a looooong time.  I have class again tomorrow night so I guess I'll find out if anyone else shows up.  :)

    The YMCA in Chesterfield.  It was very relaxing!!!  I mean I felt like I got a good workout, but nothing that was to strenous.  She says it helps with balance too when you have a belly.  :)

    No, I'm not a member of the Y.  The O'Fallon Y is much closer to me but they don't offer the prenatal water aerobics.  The class is $34 Tues/Thurs evenings 6:45-7:45 for 7 weeks.

    That sounds like a lot of fun...I am joining one with my pregnant sister in a few weeks, I feel like I have been so lazy so far. I need some kind of exercise in my life!!

    Ohh, that sounds like a great class!!  Hopefully you'll meet more moms to be; but if not, the 1 on 1 training would be nice too.
